I offer coaching and healing for high sensory people. I particularly welcome and wish to work with other men with the high sensory trait. I help those with the SPS trait with tools and ideas for self care, personal growth and wellness. I emphasize spirituality exploration, meditation, and mental wellness. I can facilitate you to explore and to identify aspects of your spirituality whether you follow a formal belief system or have a mostly unexplored sense of your spirituality. I am a life long meditator, and I can teach you meditation as a beginner or if you have a well developed practice. I have a diagnosis of bi polar disorder and welcome those with bi polar or any kind of psychological issue. We can share and grow together as people with mental health issues.

Please note that through my style of healing, I do not offer medical diagnosis, treatment or cure. I offer healing through pointing out teachings, a spiritual focus, and my own experience of learning to manage and thrive with high sensory intelligence.
