I do this by helping you understand why it’s important to take care of yourself first ahead of your family and work; and identify what you need to put in place and do to achieve this.

I do this through coaching, mentoring, accountability and community, to support you through the changes and inevitable ups and downs of the journey.

As an HSP empty nester mother, I have been through this journey, learning a great deal along the way and I love nothing more than helping to support other mothers through these challenging but exciting times.
