Product Description
I am a high sensory facilitator and consultant working in leadership and organisational development in the non-profit sector. I am currently employed as Director of Collaboration for Caplor Horizons (a charity that supports other charities to be the best at what they are best at, in service to others). I have more than 25 years’ experience across a wide range of roles in international non-profits (big and small). Having worked at various levels including Chief Executive and Governance, programme management, fundraising, campaigning, administration and as a volunteer – I have led on charity mergers and turnaround in ‘burning platform’ scenarios.
I blend substantial practical experience of leadership and organisational development with my high sensory abilities. I have a lifelong fascination linked to building bridges across the lines that can fragment and divide us as human beings which I have brought to my work in many different countries (including Botswana, Lesotho, Zimbabwe, Uganda, Ghana, Cameroon India and Brazil) and a range of projects (from poverty alleviation to conflict mediation). My doctoral research focused on caste discrimination, educational exclusion in India and the transformative potential of self-reflective inquiry (drawing on the work of David Bohm and Martin Buber). My high sensory gift enables me to see deeply into conflict and disharmony – intuiting healing pathways through separation towards deeper connection.
