Product Description

Hi, I’m Sarah, an HSP Empath, Counsellor, Mindfulness Instructor, and Certified Master Coach in Alcohol-Free Living.

I work with high-sensory processing people who have reached a stage in life where their current habits of over-drinking, self-criticism, and perfectionism are no longer sustainable.

I combine my lived experience with the extensive study I have undertaken in addiction, psychology, and philosophy to tailor unique group and individual programs.

Over the years it has become more and more apparent to me that many HSPs use alcohol as a coping mechanism to soothe their frazzled and sensitive nervous system. The inner critic is loud and the outer world so overwhelming that alcohol can provide some much-needed relief. In my work, I have created a way to address the four key factors behind this, dealing with the cause at a deep level and creating life-changing inner transformation.

My clients often appear very successful in the outer world and I have worked with hundreds of Senior Leaders, Entrepreneurs, Legal, Medical, and Creative professionals, and Academics. Most of them also turn out to be HSPs and my approach is specifically designed with this in mind.

If alcohol is your default way of holding it all together I can help. Not only will we deal with the effect and the cause, but we will also embark on an adventure, one that channels all your untapped potential into the things you know deep down you were meant for.

My Process incorporates studies with;
Yale University (Treating Addiction )
Professor Gabor Maté (Compassionate inquiry)
Dr R Shwartz (Internal Family Systems)
Tara Brach (Mindfulness and Meditation)
Graduate Diploma Counselling
Master Grey Area Drinking Coach (Jolene Park)
Certified Coach – Results, Strategic Intervention, and Robbins Madanes
Certified Yoga Instructor and Mindfulness Teacher.

As a lover of learning, I continue to study year-round to ensure I have the latest research and techniques in neuroscience and treating addiction.
